A cute story about a young boy and his two moms living in a narrow-minded and nosy village. A game of bandy leads to an unfortunate accident involving a dog. New neighbors moving in and of course the village wants to know who they are. So they send out the little boy to spy on their behalf. He meets a new friend, Eliot. And there's a tragic accident...involving a dog. Grounded he still gets out and meet his friend for another dog-involved accident. Black, hand-delivered envelopes play a significant role in this movie. I'm not going to give away any more of the story. Just say that this movie is well worth watching!
