The big day has approached, and the lads are off on their Beano.
What a slick first series this has been, progression from one episode to the next has been seamless. Each character has had a journey, and a purpose, and a true character.
It's funny the whole way through, and here we get all the boys together, Phil and Nige are in on the act. I burst out laughing when Jean tells Ken that she's left his clothes out for the morning.
Credit to the writers for making us love and care about the characters, the relationship between Ken and his daughter Melanie had been exceptional, that scene where she tells him how she feels, that look on his face, John Henshaw you are brilliant!
The scheduling for this show was wrong, it needed to be seen by more, and become the cult classic it deserved to be.
Craig Cash and Phil Mealey, I applaud you both, a series of magical comedy. 10/10.
