Morgan gloats to Catherine from behind the door, she now admits she would rather be with Bramwell. Bramwell and Catherine find each other in the room.
In the drawing room, Morgan tells Julia and Kendrick that Catherine has left Collinwood forever.
Kendrick leaves the room, Julia starts getting suspicious that Morgan locked Catherine in the room.
In the locked room, Bramwell feels the presence of Brutus, Catherine suddenly becomes possessed by Amanda, Lara Parker gets that evil "Angelique" look in her eyes once again. The possessed Catherine wants Bramwell to kill her and himself. She grabs a knife but Bramwell disarms her and her possession ends.
Later Morgan is growing more demented, laughing maniacally while refusing to give the key to Julia and Kendrick.
Morgan finally goes to the locked door with a pistol and opens it.
