Superior Blackie. He's stalked by a loony (Brocco) who he helped send to prison. Now the loony's out and bent on revenge. Some suspenseful moments when we're not sure what's going to happen next. Looks like Blackie's leading the lunatic all over LA, and if I'm surmising correctly, that's one of LA's notorious freeways under construction where a chase occurs. And catch that 50's futuristic house that figures into the action. I hope the actors were paid double for scrambling around those craggy hills the house is perched on. The series benefited greatly by consistent use of such LA area locations. Good casting too, since Brocco really looks the deranged part, and I like the way director Martin catches the loony seizures in close-up. Anyway, there's lots of scenic action, a full-figured Mary, and Whitey even getting to answer the phone. So don't miss it.
