- Lucy is seen naked in one scene after taking a shower. Her bare buttocks are seen, but this is not sexual.
- Lucy and Kohta are both seen naked while waiting for their clothes to dry, we see the sides of them then Lucy's bare back she leans on Kohta somewhat romantically (not sexual).
- A major plot point is Lucy developing romantic feelings towards Kohta.

- Lucy briefly attempts to kill Kohta, but ends up changing her mind.
- Lucy kills all the occupants of a house. The actual act is not seen, but we see the bloody and gory remains of some of the occupants.
- Later, it's implied that Lucy killed all the occupants of another house. The act is not shown, but the bloody body of a dead woman is seen before she then rips a man's head off.
- While in a dazed state, Lucy chokes Kohta, but then stops when she realizes what's happening. (Kohta is unharmed)
- Lucy has a nightmare where one of her victims haunts her, he's headless with lots of blood. Then another student with blood running down her eye. And finally, a dead dog with a pool of blood pooling around it.
- Lucy goes on a violent rampage, killing random people. Several people are ripped in half and a woman is decapitated.

- Lucy's inner demon haunting her throughout is pretty disturbing and scary due to it's personality.
- Several parts of the episode are quite violent, but it mostly focuses on things other than the violence.
