- A man is forced to chain his legs and arms to a bed and also place his head in a vise-like device. He is given two buttons which will drive an ice pick into each of his eyes. He presses the first button (the ice pick is driven into his eye), but he fails to press the other one in time and, as a result, his limbs are torn from his body.
- A man and woman are chained to a metal column together, back-to-back. Spikes impale both bodies. The woman removes all but one of the spikes from her body; however, the spikes are impaling each of the man's major arteries. Each time she removes a spike the man is fatally wounded; blood pours from the man's wounds.
- Two men are chained by the neck to a machine that will break their necks. One man's eyes are sewn shut, making him blind. The other man's mouth is sewn shut, making him mute. The key to their chains is on the blind man's neck, which the mute man has to retrieve. They fight with axes and crowbars, resulting in the blind man's death. The mute man then opens his mouth and screams; blood pours from his mouth.
