A reprise of the last scene of #690. Maggie opens the study door. David, Amy and Quentin enter. Quentin pulls out a sash and comes to ward Maggie to strangle her. Mrs. Johnson bursts into the room and sees Quentin. He is gone when Elizabeth enters.
Mrs. Johnson takes the children upstairs while Maggie tells Elizabeth that she thinks they are possessed by the evil man she saw. When Elizabeth hears the children getting frightened and hysterical calling out to Quentin, she starts to believe it.
Elizabeth tells Maggie to call Professor Stokes. Mrs. Johnson and Elizabeth find the kids passed out. David suddenly awakens and gives an evil laugh.
