An interesting episode and a return of one of the greatest characters.
After Barnabas finds the body of streetwalker Chrystal in his home, Angelique suddenly appears. She says she is doomed to stay in the 18th century. She is also back in her witch mood, which is the way I like her, even though she made a sexy vampire as well. She tells Barnabas she will save Victoria if he promises to remain in the 18th century. Angelique also wants him to be with her.
There is a very dramatic scene at the gallows, though not as effective as it was the other time, since this is not the original Vicky in the role. She is hanged and Barnabas and Peter take the body back to Collinwood. It ends with a close up of Angelique, who is making evil plans again.
