- There are a lot of gruesome plastic surgery scenes throughout the film. We see tools go into faces while a moderate amount of blood splatters onto the recipients' face.
- A girl's cheek is slit during a hallucination. A heavy amount of blood seeps and eventually pours out of the imaginary wound.
- A girl looks into the mirror to see a hallucination where her face is cut up and covered in blood.
- A character is killed with a puddle of blood surrounding their head. When their face is revealed to the camera, we see that half of their face has been cut off completely, revealing only the muscle beneath it.
- The photograph of a young girl with her face burned off is seen frequently.
- A bucket of water is replaced with a bucket of blood in a vision.

- There are a few decent jumpscares, but most of the horror is unnerving and psychological-related. Many scenes are disturbing and hard to watch due to their gruesome nature, and some scenes are quite intense. Not for sensitive audiences.

- A man is caught in the middle of engaging in oral sex with another woman. We hear loud moaning.

- A car explodes with a child inside. The child is later seen disfigured and covered in burns.
- We see the hanging body of the disfigured Hyeon-su near the end of the film in a silhouette shot.
- The infuriated ghost of the disfigured Hyeon-su rips off her face, revealing the burnt skin beneath.
- The mom prepares to remove the living Hyeon-su's face to transfer it onto the dead Hyeon-su's. She is seen cutting some of the skin, but she stops.
