- Narrator: For the most part, the wild, the reckless, the foolish driver is encountered on the road after sundown. But occasionally the Highway Patrol meets up with one in broad daylight. And sometimes, upon apprehending a reckless driver, the Patrol finds more than it bargained for.

- [She hands over the makeup case. Mathews opens it, discovers that it is full of stolen money, and closes it]
