  J.R. Ewing : There are a number of things you don't understand, darling. I asked you to meet me here. Come on into my office.

  J.R. Ewing : [scoffs, pours himself a glass]  It seems like I'm running into teetotallers all over the place. I had a meeting with a gentleman this afternoon who wouldn't have a drink.

  [shallows down a gulp] 

  Holly Harwood : J.R., I think we better talk some other time.

  J.R. Ewing : You told the Air Force that I was behind your attempt to cancel their contract.

  [she stares at him uncertainly] 

  J.R. Ewing : Holly, we had an agreement. No one was to know I had any connection with Harwood Oil.

  Holly Harwood : [optimistic try]  Any time you want out of your contract...

  J.R. Ewing : I don't want out of the contract. And I don't want any more stupid mistakes, you understand that?

  Holly Harwood : What I understand is that I made the biggest mistake in my life when I made a deal with you.

  J.R. Ewing : Not if you listen and do exactly like I tell you.

  Holly Harwood : For how long?

  J.R. Ewing : As long as I need you.

  Holly Harwood : Then what? You break Harwood. Ewing picks up the pieces?

  J.R. Ewing : I don't need to break Harwood. I already run it. And from now on, I run you too, darling.

  Holly Harwood : Never!

  [turns her back on him] 

  J.R. Ewing : Holly...

  [his hands on her neck and shoulder, rubbing] 

  J.R. Ewing : You don't have any choice, honey.

  Holly Harwood : Take your hands off me, J.R.

  J.R. Ewing : You wanted me once.

  [reaches for buttons of her jacket] 

  Holly Harwood : You turned me down.

  J.R. Ewing : Now we can start from scratch.

  Holly Harwood : [insists]  No, J.R. I don't want this.

  J.R. Ewing : I give the orders.

  [pulls the jacket down over her shoulders] 

  J.R. Ewing : You just follow orders. That's the way it's gonna be.

  Holly Harwood : You won't enjoy it.
