Pretty much a direct continuation of the previous episode, this one sees Meadows and Burns try to prevent an assassination, and discover a hitman who is believed to have killed Gonzo.
This almost has a feel of modern noir about it, it's a real night time, late night story, it's clever, and it's also good to see some character development, and a progression of the previous story.
I loved how irritating DS Lovell was, Meadows is still something of a pest, Burnside however is once again a joy to watch, not enough good things I can say about Ellison.
I loved the scenes in that night club, so nineties with great cocktail dresses.
Good this one, 8/10.
