- Buddy and his wife can't take their German Shepherd, Larry, with them on a three-day weekend. Buddy wants Rob to keep Larry for the weekend, but Rob refuses because he hasn't talked it over with Laura. The next time we see Rob, he's trying to sneak Larry into the house. Ritchie is afraid because he thinks that Larry is a wolf and Laura can't sleep because Larry is crying. What is Rob to do?—theBigSleep2001
- It's a three day weekend. Buddy has made arrangements for him and Pickles to go to Niagara Falls as a belated honeymoon, but doesn't know what to do about his German shepherd Larry. Without discussing it first with Laura, Rob reluctantly agrees to look after Larry. But when Rob arrives home with Larry in hand, he overhears Laura telling Ritchie that she and Rob confer on everything that affects the three of them before making a decision. That declaration by Laura makes Rob's job of telling her about Larry all the more difficult, especially as Laura and Ritchie wanted their family to go away for the weekend as well. As Rob and Laura negotiate on what to do about Larry, one more problem arises: Ritchie is afraid of Larry. Rob does whatever he can to ingratiate Larry into Laura and Ritchie's psyches, at least for the weekend.—Huggo
- The long weekend has finally arrived and Buddy and his wife, Pickles want to go Niagra Falls for a belated honeymoon. The only problem is that they can't take Larry, their German Shepherd. Rob reluctantly agrees to take care of Larry, but doesn't discuss it with Laura first. When he gets home, he feels worse because Laura was telling Ritchie that they always discuss things. If this isn't enough for Rob, another problem arises: Ritchie is afraid of Larry! Was bringing Larry home one of Rob's biggest mistakes or will things be all right?—PeggyLeigh McCook
