I find this Halloween Special is very Enjoyable, Because of the Hilarious sense of humour, Clever writing, splendid voice acting, excellent Halloween costumes and references from different media. For example Numbuh 1/Nigel Uno dressed up as Borg from Star Trek Franchise, Numbuh 2/Hoagie P. Gilligan Jr as Batman from DC Comics, Numbuh 3/Kuki Sanban as a Cute and Adorable Butterfly, Numbuh 4/Wallabee Beetles as a Scurvy Pirate and Numbuh 5/Abigail Lincoln as a Zombie for Trick or Treating for Halloween. The Main Antagonist is the Candy-Loving Scurvy Dog, Bilge Rat, Swab, Buccaneer called Stickybeard voiced by the Star Wars Cast Member Mark Hamill. I'm giving Operation: TRICKY (2004) a 10/10 and Happy Halloween.
