Sex & Nudity

  • Mild comic romance between dogs. Some of the male dogs genitals may be visible in some scenes. A teen girl and boy kiss. A husband and wife kiss. Dogs kiss in several scenes. A teenage girl wears lowcut tops that reveal cleavage. A male wears sagging pants and we see butt cleavage.

Violence & Gore

  • Andi finds a strand of Lois' hair in her food and appears to be grossed out by it.
  • When Bruce and Andi go to the pound to rescue their dog we see an animal control oficier leading a dog into a room and we see a sign that reads "we can only hold animals for 72 hours" It is implied the dog was euthanised.This scene can be very upsetting to those who have lost a pet.
  • Two adults enter the hotel looking for the kids they end up in the bathroom go down a conveyer belt and a chute leading to a dumpster filled with dog poop, the man then exclaims "we're in deep doo-doo"

Profanity

  • Six instances of "God", as in "Oh, my God" and ''freaking'' Two uses of "crap". "Damn" is used twice.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • It is implied Bruce and Andi's foster parents are alcoholics.
  • Andi has a drink spilled on her at a party but it's unlikely that it contains alcohol.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The scene where a dog in the pound is euthanized can be upsetting to those who care about animals or have recently lost a pet.
  • The two main characters are living in foster care and their foster parents are very negligent which can be triggering to those who grew up in foster care.
  • The animal control officers plan to have all the dogs at the hotel put to sleep they all survive though.
  • A scene when the dogs are being rounded up and taken away may be scary to younger viewers.
  • A sheep has red glowing eyes that might be frightening to some younger children. Many people and many scenes involve dog poo. The Pound scene may be frightening to children.
