- The movie is about a girl who has teeth in her vagina.
- A girl has sex with a guy wearing only a shirt. Her buttocks are seen when she gets up, whole movie is based on a vagina with teeth that you never see at all.
- Frequent full frontal male genital nudity including graphic dismemberment , no female genital nudity whatsoever, only partial topless.
- A woman visits a gynaecologist where he proceeds to put his fist inside of her vagina without consent . The scene starts consensual and turns to non-consensual.
- Very early in the film, a (supposed) teen is shown brushing her teeth while wearing a nightgown. When she bends over to spit out the toothpaste, one breast can be glanced.
- Assorted photos and posters in Brad's room are pinups of women in various states of undress, back and front, including total nudity.
- Crude language is used.
- A topless woman is shown admiring herself in a mirror.
- A young man is shown raping an unconscious young woman (he pulls down his underpants and thrusts into her - we see his bare buttocks and her legs). She begins screaming when she comes to and tries to force him off. When he withdraws his penis is visible.
- A young man initiates sex with a young woman showing her a sex toy on his finger. The young woman is shown thrusting on top.
- A young man has sex with a young woman, after using a 'sex toy on her. He is shown touching the woman's breasts. He is later shown thrusting on top of the young woman. Moaning is heard.
- Boys in their late teens are seen in the locker room. One guy's penis is visible briefly.
- It's implied that a young woman is about to begin masturbating in bed (but she stops), she is shown having sexual fantasises of her wedding night.
- A young woman is shown having sex with her step-brother. It's briefly implied that he was going to have anal sex with her before she stops him.

- The film contains various scenes of medical gore, such as dismembered penises and fingers accompanied by blood. Three young men, late teens or early 20's, are genitally mutilated and bleeding while screaming in pain and traumatized. One of them dies off screen (his corpse is shown later) and two others are left to live or die on their own (only one is confirmed to survive).

- A girl bites off a man's penis with her vagina and when removed their is tons of blood spurting around his genitals and his penis is bloody and bitten off while blood spurts around a condom.
- A young boy has the tip of his finger bitten off by the vagina of a young girl. Injury shown is not particularly graphic and has only a small amount of blood.
