The body of the cetus resembles that of rotifers, particularly with regards to its toothy wheel-mouth that resembles the corona of a bdelloid. Rotifers, a phylum of microscopic animals, are known to be highly predatory in the microscopic world, inhabiting both fresh and salt water environments.
In Greek mythology Andromeda was originally the beautiful daughter of King Cephus of Ethiopia. She was chained to a seawall as sacrifice to the sea monster Cetus. That rambling hero, Perseus, killed Cetus and rescued (then married) Andromeda.
