Accidents just seem to follow young Janey Hitchcock, first off a dog is killed, then the windows at her home are smashed. Fortunately for her and her family, Ken Larkin is in town, he's convinced that Janey has been taken over by a Poltergeist.
A very solid episode, again, there are some decent horror tones here, I can imagine this one scared several young viewers back in the day.
It definitely has more vibes of Omen than Poltergeist, more so with David Warner appearing here, and in that, I wonder if that was intentional, he's the best element here.
Some decent special effects, scenes of the Poltergeist playing up look rather good.
I actually think Janey is quite an effective character, that reflected smile was super menacing, worked really well.
Always great to see the excellent Sheila Gish, she does a good job here.
7/10.
