West uses a glass cutter to retrieve the U.S. Constitution, which was lying flat under a covering sheet of glass. But when he reaches in and pulls the document free, it is no longer flat, but is rolled up.
In the fight before West meets Carlotta, the knee of West's right trouser is clearly torn as he exits the building but in the shots following, it is not.
When Grigsby first approaches the stolen U.S. Constitution, it's under glass. But second later he lifts the paper without removing the glass, which has disappeared. It's back later, when West must cut it to retrieve the document.
The material the constitution is made of in this depiction acts and sounds as if it were paper (when picked up, rolled, etc.). The real constitution is vellum parchment, made from treated animal skin and is not as pliable as paper. It could certainly not be rolled in as tight a roll as shown here.
The original U.S. Constitution is four pages long, not the single sheet displayed under glass here.
When they are escaping Jim shoots at the plastic explosive. If you at the angle of his derringer he would have been lucky to hit the wall, much less the explosive. It was pitched up at about 15°.
After letting Gordon into the complex through the heavy doors, West drags an 'unconscious' man off the street - the man is holding his head and hands up off the ground the entire time, proving he is not unconscious.
West and Grigsby are put on an elevator and taken to a lower level. As is the case with most TV shows, the elevator car remains stationary and the effect is made by cranking a roll of paper in the background (printed to look like the wall of the elevator shaft). In this scene the effect was very poorly executed.
When Clint opens the metal safe-type door of the lair, the bars of the bolts that supposedly lock the door are not really bars - the top brace on the door that the bar supposedly slides through to latch on the wall is obviously solid - there is no bar that slides through.
When West and Gordon escape the town, West shoots a bottle that supposedly creates a wall of flame. The trough in the ground that is filled with flammable material and ignited is obvious.
During the final fight near the acid trough, the metal tube Gordon is holding with the fake Constitution changes to a cheap version during the fight itself, then back to the metal tube after the fight is over.
