USAF Major General Melvin F. McNickle (1914-1986) and USAF Lieutenant General Marvin L. McNickle (1914-2007), the fist contestants, were identical twin brothers born in Doland, South Dakota. At the time of this appearance, Melvin was the commander of the Oklahoma City Air Material Area, and Marvin was the commander of the 9th Tactical Air Force at Sumter, SC.
