The accused stands mute
bkoganbing25 October 2019
This episode has Doug McClure accused of the murder of Harry Landers who is the Medicine Bow harness maker and general all around unpleasant lout. But when Trampas finds the body of Landers he spends a night in custody.

But Trampas also gives Sheriff Ryker testimony that puts Medicine Bow's popular doctor near the scene of the crime. And Malachi Throne when he's arrested stands mute. His lawyer William Windom can't get a word out of him.

This was a good mystery on The Virginian. I was completely wrong in who I thought did it. Bet you will be too.
