A vicious gang from Australia who were expelled from there and settled in San
Francisco known as The Hounds kidnap John McIntire and want $20,000.00 in
ransom. Of course Jeanette Nolan and Sara Lane are ready to pay.
Patrick MacNee heads the gang and the two henchmen are Michael Pate who is a genuine Aussie and Don Knight. MacNee's much younger wife pop star Jackie DeShannon wants out, but MacNee won't let her go.
Too bad because the Hounds might have gotten away with it if he had just sent her on her merry way.
MacNee is really fascinating in this Virginian story. A complete picture of amorality is what he gives the audience.
