- When Jackie says she doesn't want to do it in the car, Kelso offers to have a romantic day, she stretches it to a week. Jackie wants her second first time with Kelso to be magical. Now he's into it, Michael loves being romantic even more then Jackie, to the point of resisting her wanting to do it right there precisely because he's so romantic. Kelso has planned a picnic, will cook for Jackie and will also take her for a rickshaw ride. Jackie doesn't want to wait anymore and decides to sleep with him after the first night itself.
Eric is angry that Donna is putting extra shifts at the Radio station and doesn't spend enough time with him. Donna got Ted Nugent concert tickets as a bonus at the radio station where she reads the farm report, so the whole gang goes. Eric is super excited and his disappointments at not spending enough time with Donna, just melt away.
Hyde 'borrowed' $50 from Eric to make and sell fake fan T-shirts for the rock band's star Ted Nugent. The original concert T-shirts sell for $15, and Hyde plans to sell theirs for $10, to turn their $50 investment into a $250 return. But Hyde left the spelling to Fez, who got 'Tad' printed instead of "Ted", and there's worse. They are arrested for trying to sell fake T-shirts. But since Ted was mis-spelled, it was not counterfeit, it was just plain stupid, and both are released.
Red and even Kitty can't remember how they met... it starts when Bob and Midge have their 18th anniversary coming up and are all gaga about how they met each other. Midge was the tallest girl in Chemistry class and Bob was the shortest boy. Red thinks he met Kitty at a USO dance in 1952. Kitty was being harassed by a Marine jock and Red stepped in to save Kitty. But Kitty says that is not how they met at all. Kitty remembers she met Red on November 17th, 1953, USO dance, but in that month, Red was in Korea. Kitty later remembers that she ran into Red's behind (when he was mooning the ladies) while going to the ladies' room and that's how she met him. She was Kitty Sigurdson back then. Red and Kitty agree that if Eric ever asks, they will go with the Red punched a Marine story.
Max gives Donna a backstage pass and she leaves Eric behind. Donna meets Ted backstage, but finds the real groupies are just high and stupid. Ted Nugent offers to do an interview with Donna when she mentions that she works at a radio station. But Donna is super excited and asks silly questions, but she finds that the groupies are numb with the effects of drugs and can't feel anything.
Eric feels ditched. Eric says that his mom would never have bailed on his dad like that, but Donna reminds him that they are married. This indicates to Eric that Donna is not committed to Eric just yet.
