Actors Michael Pate (the character "Emory" ) and Mike Mazurki ("Kale" ) are very believable as desperate escaped convicts. Can Bill Longley overthrow the bad guys? Can The Texan save the damsel in distress ("Stevie Martin", played by actress Kipp Hamilton), while "Mac" (actor Duncan Lamont ) lies wounded and held at gunpoint? The writers were at the top of their game here. As noted in the Trivia section, this is one of six stories that involve The Railroad. I rate it 10 stars.
