- Logan Andrews (D. W. Moffett) is an ambitious business man. He and his business partner Freddy (Aubrey Morris) talk about the possibility of opening a new luxurious hotel in a plot of land which Logan has bought. While they are talking about it, a psyche (Janet Hubert) does some voodoo with a photo of Logan.
Logan's employee runs to him and tells they discovered quicksand on Logan's plot while clearing the ground for construction.
That night, Logan is desperate for cash, because he will need loads and loads more money to build there than he expected. However, that night he meets Margaret Richardson (Pamela Gien), a millionaire. She is snobbish, conceited, and rude to everybody; in fact, she despises Logan and rejects to invest in the building of the hotel.
Logan asks the psyche (who he was in a relationship with previously) for help. She gives him a potion: if he gives Margaret one drop, she will be his wife; if he gives her two drops, she will be his for life.
Logan uses the potion. Margaret gets the hots for him suddenly, but after they make love she start being unreasonable. Logan uses the potion again but instead of giving her one more drop pours half the bottle in, and Margaret immediately gets a desperate obsession for him. She is jealous, and looks possessed when the potion starts to work on her. Logan has to ask Freddy for some advice, as he can't control Margaret.
Margaret is dead now. He buries her.
Logan is mourning Margaret and his chance of using her to build the hotel at her grave. However, Margaret suddenly wakes up and crawls out of her grave. She behaves as if nothing had happened before. She is as obsessed with Logan as before. Logan accepts Margaret who looks more energetic than ever, although he complains that there is a funny smell.
The next morning, Logan gets terrified as Margaret's skin starts to rot and peel off. Margaret decapitates Freddy. Logan tries to run away from her. Margaret looks worse and worse by the second. She runs after him because of her undying love for Logan. Logan sets fire to her and pushes her dead body into the quicksand on his plot of land. Still burning, Margaret is swallowed up.
Logan gets home, but when he thinks everything is over, the disgusting skeleton of Margaret appears. Desperate, Logan swallows some poison he finds in Freddy's medicine bag.
Logan wakes up in psyche's hut, surprised to be alive. Psyche confirms he was dead but she brought him back... to reunite with his forever love - skeleton of Margaret comes in the room still obsessed with Logan.
