- Lois Lane: [being reunited with a chimp that she knew as a child] Titano! Remember me? Lolo?
- Clark Kent: Lolo?
- Lois Lane: I was eight, okay?
- [Titano chitters happily and hugs her]
- Lois Lane: Oh, my pretty little baby, you do remember. Oh, yes, you do.
- Jimmy Olsen: [taking pictures] That's the most life we've seen out of him yet.
- Lois Lane: [offering Titano a banana] Baby hungry?
- Clark Kent: Looks like you're just what the doctor ordered... Lolo.
- Professor Hamilton: Yes. I'd say resuming your old relationship with Titano would do him a world of good.
- Lois Lane: What do you... oh, wait. I have a job, a crazy schedule, and a tiny apartment. You can't expect me to...
- Lois Lane: [Titano runs amok in her apartment] No, Titano, put down that vase. Give me back the remote. Come down from there! Sure was easier to have a monkey in the house when mom did the cleaning.
- Maggie Sawyer: [seeing the giant Titano] Criminals, madmen, and aliens we can handle, but this?
- Dan Turpin: Don't sweat it, Maggie. These babies'll put anything to sleep. Nighty-night, monkey boy.
- Maggie Sawyer: [they fire their tranq guns, which have no effect] *That* was a short nap.
- Clark Kent: How's he doing?
- Professor Hamilton: Well, he's alive, and that's a miracle, but he's been lethargic since he woke up.
- Clark Kent: You'd think after 20 years, he'd be a little hungry.
- Professor Hamilton: According to the records, he's twice as heavy as he was when they launched him.
- Col. Sam Lane: Lois, I left for Metropolis as soon as I saw the news.
- Lois Lane: Daddy? Are you all right? I'm okay, but...
- Col. Sam Lane: Listen, I've got something I think might calm Titano.
- Dan Turpin: [as Titano rampages] Where are the helicopters with the gas?
- Maggie Sawyer: Can't bring 'em in yet. He won't sit still long enough for gas to work. Right now, Superman's our best hope.
- Superman: What are those things?
- Professor Hamilton: Bacteria. They must have been trapped in the jars with the meteor gas. The exposure to our atmosphere somehow caused this tremendous growth.
- [a thought strikes him]
- Professor Hamilton: Oh, good heavens.
- Superman: Titano.
- Superman: The meteor storm is right where you said it would be, Professor, larger than life and headed straight for the space station. I'm going in.
- Professor Hamilton: Happy hunting.
- [as Superman smashes a meteor, it begins a domino effect]
- Professor Hamilton: Superman, come in. Are you all right?
- Superman: I set off some kind of chain reaction.
- [smashing more meteors, then finding the space capsule with Titano inside fused into one]
- Superman: Superman to S.T.A.R. Cleanup's all done, and I'm bringing you back a little surprise.
- Jimmy Olsen: [looking for Titano's favorite plush toy amid identical toys] You're sure it's in here?
- Lois Lane: Yes, I'm sure, so shut up and keep squeezing the monkeys.
- Jimmy Olsen: [accidentally falling off Lois' apartment patio] Superman. Whew! Hey, you're not gonna believe...
- Superman: Let me guess. Titano's a growing boy.
- Jimmy Olsen: Lois, you've gotta get back here right now!
- Lois Lane: [getting a massage] Jimmy, I haven't been gone twenty minutes. Just throw him a banana.
- Jimmy Olsen: I don't think that's gonna be enough.
- [Titano stomps on Lois' coffee table]
- Jimmy Olsen: Ahh!
- Lois Lane: Hello? Jimmy? Hello?
- [getting up to leave, frustrated]
- Lois Lane: Back to the monkey house.
- Jimmy Olsen: "My Life with Titano" by Lois Lane, with photos by the esteemed Jimmy Olsen.
- Lois Lane: What life with Titano? I haven't been out since he got here. Uh, Jimmy, think you could keep an eye on him for an hour or two?
- Jimmy Olsen: Me?
- Lois Lane: You've gotta take the photos anyway, and I know they'll be terrific.
- Jimmy Olsen: But...
- Lois Lane: It's just like babysitting. With fleas.
- Col. Sam Lane: Lois, honey, it's time.
- Young Lois: No! No, I won't let you take him.
- Col. Sam Lane: But, Lois, you knew one day Titano would have to leave us. He has to go on his mission now.
- Young Lois: Why can't you send Lucy to space instead?
- Lucy Lane: I'll go.
