There are three stories at work. First of all, we have the stepping down of Dr. Craig and his conflict with this replacement. Secondly, there is a Rear Window thing going on with an elderly woman who lives across from the hospital and who peers through windows. Finally, a man Fiscus befriended has a stroke and his daughters want to place him in a nursing home. It's a difficult thing to watch.
