When Tony is in the car speaking with Dr. Melfi, his cigarette goes from just-lit, to half-smoked, and back to larger size again.
When Donnie is shot by Mikie, his head rests on the steering wheel, face down. When June and Mikie drive passed the car, Donnie's head is face up on the steering wheel, covered with blood.
At 00:21:53, Tony Jr. has to pull out grandma's chair at the dinner table. Immediately before this, he pours himself a soda out of a 2L soda bottle. He puts the cap on (at an angle) and gets up to pull out grandma's chair, and when he comes back to finish pouring his soda, the lid is not on the bottle.
When Tony is buying orange juice before the attempt at killing him, wind is moving papers at the stand. The seller also makes a comment on that.
However, the trees in the background aren't moving. That is even clearer in the following shot.
After the hitman, William Clayborn, fires a shot at Tony and the bullet breaks the orange juice bottle, some dangling wires from the squib used to break the bottle can be seen briefly behind it.
As Tony is trying to wrestle the pistol away from the assassin he turns the gun upward revealing that there is no clip in the gun; it is possible, however, that Tony hit the release button while trying to take the gun from the assassin, but this is not shown.
After Tony's second assailant accidentally kills the first, Tony leans forward to grab the second's gun. When he does, two men and a part of a third can be seen through his back passenger window. While all other extras in the scene can be seen running in fear, these men appear to be sitting around watching the attempted murder and smiling. Whether these were crew members caught in the shot or extras who thought they were out of it is unknown.
Junior had leaned out of the car door and was ill. In 2 subsequent shots the audience can see the pavement beneath the car door where this had happened and it is dry.
When Livia and Junior are standing outside the cinema, in the wind, Livia's audible dialogue is, "You know, I was there last night for dinner," but her lips don't match the words. What she really said is unclear.
In the pills that Tony Soprano takes on the show it says 101A Kearny Avenue which is the location of the Satriales in Kearny New Jersey. The error here is that it's location on the medications says Harrison New Jersey. The town touching the town of Kearny.
A reflection of the boom is seen in the picture frame at the hospital where A.J. and Meadow are visiting Tony.
