- TriviaThis episode was postponed and not shown for a while due to the two lines: "The Sniper attack at the all star game was a blessing in disguise" and "Any child caught outside after the curfew would be shot". This is because in the real world around this time there was some pretty bad sniper attacks in Washington D.C so these lines were seen in a whole new light so they postponed this episode till enough time passed.
- GoofsThe Springfield Isotopes win the championship at Springfield Stadium while Homer and the guys watch the game live on TV at Moe's Tavern. It is daytime at the stadium, yet at Moe's it is nighttime.
- Quotes
Lisa Simpson: It's not fair. Adults always blame kids for everything.
Homer Simpson: Well, if kids are so innocent, why is everything bad named after them? Acting childish, kidnapping, child abuse.
Bart: What about adultery?
Homer Simpson: Not until you're older, Son.
