He deserves some Hedonistic fun in his life.
He's too sheltered.
This episode is kinda funny with a nice story to me.
It's so weird and fun finding out that he's 60 because of his being sheltered attitude and never doing anything bad.

It was OK I guess. When Ned is humiliated, he decides he has to see the wild side and start living. He and Homer end up in Las Vegas doing bad things, including getting married to a couple floozies. What's happened is that Home is going from being randomly stupid to having actual plans and ends in mind. It takes much of the punch out of things.
