When Homer is being taped for the "Rock Bottom" show, the clock says 5:01 and the interview only lasts for a minute; however, when the show airs on the Simpsons' television the clock alternates between 1 and 2 o'clock.
When the family is in the living room watching the different TV channels attack Homer, the positions of Bart and Lisa change between shots.
When you see Willy's video of the gummy candy's incident, Homer's positions are completely different from the original sequence.
At first the Gummi Venus De Milo is rotating clockwise in its display case, but in the close-up and for the rest of the sequence it is rotating anti-clockwise.
After Homer finishes telling Bart and Lisa about how he got the tickets to the candy convention, his stubble momentarily changes from brown to yellow, then back again.
Kent Brockman claims the chicken he saw on the infrared was at 400 degrees. (While not specified, we can assume he's talking about Fahrenheit.) While the oven itself could be 400, the chicken would likely not exceed 200.
Homer drives the babysitter home(where the incident with the gummy candy occurs), however, the babysitter obviously arrived by driving herself as she rings the doorbell when she first arrives at the Simpson home. However, this does not consider the possibility she got a ride from a friend who could not pick her up.
When Grandpa Simpson is setting up for Homer's interview on public-access TV and hanging an American flag behind the podium, Marge notes, "There are only 49 stars on that flag". (Grandpa explains that he refuses to recognize Missouri.) In fact, the onscreen flag only has 38 stars - three rows of eight plus two rows of seven.
The rapid list of corrections on "Rock Bottom" doesn't actually mention Homer's innocence.
