This episode is different than most in "Samurai Jack" because he isn't such serious and it's really funny. The idea is old as world, we have impulsive, talkative, crude Scotsman and serious, distinguish, cultural Jack. But the story, quite simple: Scotsman wants Jack to to help him rescue wife, and !!!FIRST OF ALL!!! absolutely phenomenal dubbing by Grochoczynski made me laugh from the first moment. Scenes in Scotland are also phenomenal, with allusions to "Braveheart" and "Star Wars". Scots there are very similar to Scotsman, superstitious, naive and HUGE. Next super star is Scotsman wife, far different from opinion of husband. If you see this trio once you cannot ever forget it. And, of course, it isn't just simple toon, hidden under brilliant comism is deeper sense, we learn that friendship is sometimes difficult, but it's still friendship.
