I discovered this TV program for the first time on the Talking Pictures TV satellite channel.
It could be that this episode was above average for 'The Rogues' but it was certainly very enjoyable.
Guest star Telly Savalas was brilliant as a crooked General who almost gets duped into handing over all his ill gotten gains to a team of con-men led by David Niven.
There is a sexy actress in this episode called Danielle De Metz who later went on to star in the Peter Sellers film 'The Party'.
Without giving away too much the plot revolves around the General believing that he cannot take his money out of the country without the help of a Swiss banker. Unfortunately for him he is introduced to the banker by Niven over a game of baccarat.
Vintage 60's telly.
