The first story written by Anthony Horowitz and he meshes two English legends.

Set in an old castle, presumably in Wales. Isadora turns over some tarot cards and her elderly father Agravaine interprets them.

The old man foresees his death, betrayal, danger and the assistance from a fool.

Agrivaine's former servant Mortimer has betrayed him. He seeks out a mercenary called Raven and tells him about some priceless treasure that Agrivaine always talked about but Mortimer has no idea what it is.

Raven and his bandits ransack a village on their way to the castle. Meanwhile Isadora seeks out Robin. It turns out that he is Agrivaine's godson.

There is some rip roaring adventure here. Robin is heavily outnumbered. There is some traditional Robin Hood sword fights in a castle. Plus a cameo from King Arthur.

The setting is midsummer's day which allows the writer to indulge in some more English folklore.
