When Lt. Tragg is on the stand, Burger has the jury examine the murder weapon. A close-up shows the gun passed from one juror to the next until it reaches the fourth juror of the six in the first row. The scene then cuts to a long shot, but the gun is now being handled by jurors in the back row.
When Mrs. Griffith hands Perry a picture of Rose Calvert, the close-up shows her on a rock, whereas the before and after shots show her standing up, perhaps in a bathing suit.
When Warner Griffith is on the stand, Burger questions him about a white paper that's important to the company. Perry interrupts by the addressing the judge but Burger continues to question Griffith. The judge should have interrupted Burger to allow Perry to make his point.
