While listening to a TV report about an upcoming bout involving a fighter she is managing (reluctantly), Jessica hears the TV anchor/reporter note that the opponent (Sean Shaleen) grew up in a small Wisconsin town "a few miles east of Sheboygan." Since Sheboygan is on the western edge of Lake Michigan, that would mean be he lived in the middle of the lake.
In this episode, the character of Sean Shaleen hails from a farm 6 miles east of Sheboygan, Wisconsin (USA); however, Sheboygan is located directly on the shores of Lake Michigan making it impossible for him to have grown up east of there. It's possible the writers meant 6 miles *west* of Sheboygan which is largely a rural farming community.
After Ponzini ( Ernest Borgnine ) tells Jessica about the sign "No Women Allowed", McConnell ( Bradford Dillman ) calls out to her. The shadow of the mic is visible on the wall.
