When Natalie is in Dennison's house on the phone with Monk, the clocks in Monk's house and Dennison's house are set to different times.

Natalie is captured and her wrists are bound with duct tape. While Monk rushes in to save her by fighting off her attacker, Natalie disappears for a few moments. But then, with no visible escape from her bindings, she saves the day while operating some machinery with both hands free.
Natalie repeatedly says that the pizza had been delivered to her house, but really, she was at Monk's apartment.
