  Lawrence Hammond : The hell I have!

  [a masked gunman comes out of the shadows, and shoots them dead] 

  GPS Computer : Thank you for using the Safe Voyage System.

• First Reporter : Mr. Hammond! Mr. Hammond! The S.E.C. is saying you purposely misled your investors.

  Lawrence Hammond : I can't comment on anything the S.E.C. says or does. As you know, I'm meeting with the board of directors. I'll be able to tell you more about it in the morning. Thank you very much.

  [He and his wife duck past reporters to get to their car] 

  First Reporter : Is there a possibility that charges will be filed? Mr. Hammond!

  [cuts to the Hammonds driving across town] 

  Lawrence Hammond : Ha ha ha ha! I told you life with me would be interesting.

  Erin Hammond : [unimpressed]  That one reporter was talking about criminal charges!

  Lawrence Hammond : Don't worry about that. I'll let you know when to worry.

  [types into the GPS system] 

  Lawrence Hammond : Sky... line... Hills.

  GPS System : Skyline Hills Resort - estimated driving time - 32 minutes.

  [cuts to a shot of the car on a city street] 

  GPS System : Turn right onto Market Street. Get in the right lane now.

  [They do so. Inside, Erin turns on the radio and her face brightens considerably at the words being said] 

  Radio Announcer : Scott Gregorio steps up to the plate.

  Lawrence Hammond : You and your damn baseball.

  Radio Announcer : Gregorio is within four home runs of breaking Darryl Grant's all-time single season record.

  Lawrence Hammond : Honey, please, I'm trying to think.

  Erin Hammond : I just want to hear the score.

  Radio Announcer : He has six games to go. We could very well see history made this year.

  GPS System : Continue on Grace Street for two miles.

  [while Lawrence looks briefly at the tiny map of the directions on the display, we briefly see a shot of a masked gunman getting ready at an industrial park, and studying his watch, before we return to the Hammonds' car] 

  Radio Announcer : Here's the pitch. Gregorio swings, and there it goes. He got all of that one, and it's gone! Home run number 71. Scott Gregorio is within three home runs of the all-time record.

  GPS System : Your destination is within three miles.

  [Lawrence turns off the radio, and Erin is looking alarmed, as they are right in the middle of an industrial park] 

  Erin Hammond : Where are we?

  Lawrence Hammond : It's a GPS system. It's programmed to find the shortest route.

  Erin Hammond : Well, isn't it supposed to be on a lake?

  [the sniper is now readying his gun] 

  GPS System : Right turn into driveway!

  Lawrence Hammond : Where the hell are we?

  [He stops the car] 

  GPS System : You have arrived at Skyline Hills Resort.

  Lawrence Hammond : The hell I have!

  [the sniper steps out of the shadows, and shoots at the car through the passenger side window several times, killing the luckless CEO. As soon as he is finished shooting, the GPS System says] 

  GPS System : Thank you for using the Safe Voyage System.
