• Voice on Disc : Good morning, Jim. Bogota, Colombia was once called the Athens of Latin America, but it is now a city under siege. The drug lords have declared war on the government. With the killing of Judge Silvero, Magdalena has stepped up his campaign of terror, and his vicious tactics now threaten the very existence of the Colombian government.
