About halfway through the episode, Lt. Kappelo (Arthur Batanides) almost forces Barney and Doug to move the fake statue from the spot where it conceals the open storm drain that other IMF members have used to get access to the jail. Paris, however, convinces Col. Bakram (Mark Lenard) to put the statue back before the open drain is revealed. When rebel leader Haratch (Richard Shelfo) peers out of the church a few minutes later, however, a shot of the statute shows it clearly suspended several feet above the ground on the truck winch.
In the opening scene, Irina, Klos, Dana, and Phelps are running away from the military. Irina is in the lead, carrying a rifle, and Jim is in the rear, unarmed. An instant later, Irina is still in the lead but is now unarmed while Jim, lagging behind, now has the rifle.
There's a long shot of two people jumping from the plane, and Phelps sees the parachutes and says "There they are." Then comes an internal shot of the plane, and Barney and Paris are seen jumping out. The scenes were out of order.
Barney and Doug arrive back at the ruined monastery at the end of the episode with the fake statue that holds the escapees inside. As the truck pulls into the monastery area (an indoor set that is supposed to be an exterior), several overhead sound stage lights are visible at the top of the frame in the long shot of the monastery ruins and the truck.
When Paris drives away from the village in the Mercedes near the end of the episode, a bright studio light, a camera boom, a reflective panel, and several tripods are all reflected in the rear passenger window and shiny paint job on the vehicle.
Having only 50 minutes before Haratch and his men storm the compound, it seems implausible that Phelps and Khora could tunnel through to the cell, and breach a wall which seemed at least a foot thick, in that time span.
