When Barney enters the lab to tell Rollin that the elevator is going up, Rollin has already removed his green lab gown. In the next close-up of Rollin's cut hand, he is still wearing the gown.
When Dan Briggs enters the Willow Grove compound the white 'D' sticker is on the right of the license plate, but when it leaves the compound at high speed the white sticker has moved to the left of the license plate .
When the team walk to the address to begin their mission, water drop marks can seen on their backs. Especially Barney. But all are dry just before. There are also water drops on the railing when Daniel comes out as the doctor.
When Willy goes to change the address plate on the second apartment from 49 to 47, the 49 plate when viewed from a distance has no screws attaching it to the door, but the next closeup shows the 49 plate with screws before he places the 47 plate on top of it.
In the final scene, when Barney is creating a make-shift hypodermic needle with Cinnamon's perfume plunger, he lights lighter to sterilize both the blade that will ultimately cut Rollin's flesh, but also the perfume plunger which is acting as the make-shift syringe. But the perfume plunger is plastic and under a flame would have melted.
Septicemic plague requires vectors, such as fleas or rats, to spread from person to person.
After the team have entered the plague lab, Barney melts the key with the blow torch. The door is then opened and closed several times with no problems, but when they leave the lab to feign capture, the door then locks without use of the key.
Rollin infecting Passik gives away the IMF's attempts to cover their presence in the lab. Later tracing of Passik's steps, and the scratches on his face that are the source of the viral infection, would reveal that the infection came from Rollin... who wasn't supposed to be in the lab. None of the IMF are concerned about this.
