I am not a fan of organized religion. But i sure do love satires of them. This has too be one of the most uncomfortably hilarious episodes in TV history. But what makes it watchable is the fact that the characters are just as uncomfortable as i would be in a seriously evangelical Christan church community. While I'm not against any religions, i will admit that sometimes that the big-time ones are very controlling and fake beyond description, and too me this episode really shines a light on that, and it works well. It's funny, it's relatable and it highlights a big problem. Why don't they have free daycare for children outside religious organizations. Plus i will admit there is a very humanizing moment for Lois where she admits that she never liked any of her babies, and that she isn't a mother by nature, it's very humanizing and acted beautifully. Also on a side note: i love The UFO thing with Francis at the ranch, and the Men in Black show up and hint that there really are Aliens out there, this is especially funny because given the rest of the episode being about Christianity, if their truly are Aliens out there then that disproves the existance of a Judaea-Christan god.
