When the reception is over , the Bride and Groom are standing on the front steps, then as Wally and Eddie are retrieving cars, they disappear. Then they are seen walking out of the house to the curb, and Wally approaches them as if to get their car. Fred Rutherford and Mr. Langley come out of the house, and the Bride and Groom come out of the house again behind them.
The vehicle towed (WJG-865) is depicted as Fred Rutherford's car. The same vehicle with the same license plate is the vehicle the Cleaver family gets into in the opening credits.
When Wally and Eddie are retrieving the Langley's guests cars after the event ends, Wally pulls up in front of the house with a car and from the opposite direction, Eddie retrieves a black Mercury convertible. As the car pulls up, the reflection of crew and equipment is visible on the side of the car.
When Wally and Eddie take the guests' cars to park them, they don't give any of the guests a ticket or receipt of any kind. Wally and Eddie would have no way of knowing which cars belong to whom and where they were parked when it came time to retrieve the cars.
