Long John Ernie

This particular episode belongs to Robert Crawford, Jr. as it deals with young Andy Sherman running away from home after his brother threatens to sell a wild palomino that Andy has taken a liking to, but has caused a lot of damage and is stirring up the horses needed the stagecoach. John Smith then has to take off and find his younger brother.

Who has fallen in with outlaws. But the outlaw leader Ernest Borgnine has taken a liking to young Crawford. Their scenes together have the same kind of dynamic that those of Long John Silver and Jim Hawkins have in Treasure Island. Ernie even has a love interest in Vivi Janiss who likes him, but isn't sure he's given up his outlaw ways as he swears he has.

This one is to be seen for both Borgnine and young Mr. Crawford.

I notice that, Mike Holmes did not get any credit for his work, Ride the Wild Wind, Oct 11,1960. This should be corrected for the fans of "Laramie."
