One more time,David Vincent fails...

Warning: Spoilers
What I love in this TV show, is that the hero is not always a winner at all. Sometimes he does it, and sometimes he doesn't. This episode directed by the vet Lewis Allen is Worth, really. Our lead intends to bring an alien leader to the proper authorities, and he is pursued by the invaders who try all their best to prevent him in his project. Don't expect a sort of ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13. No, it's not a winning tale at all. I won't spoil it any further, but I guess you have already got what I meant.

We find here the late Karen Black, who made here one of her her early appearances, and also the late Lawrence Naismith.

I love this TV show, miles away from all the super heroes stories.

One Of The Very best

Vincent captures an alien leader, played by Alfred Ryder.

Now we are cooking! One of Alfred Ryder's best roles ever, next to Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea: The Phantom Strikes this and season one's Vikor are in fact his best performances ever! Usually I go for The Invader episodes that are on the move with wonderful outdoor location filming and vintage Ford cars all over the place...The Ransom is another ballgame all together!

The appeal lies in an outstanding script read by outstanding actors, mainly Ryder.

We still have a few more episodes to go before the end, and some of the coming shows are really cool, but this could be the last knockout hour of The Invaders. Enjoy!
