As House and Wilson leave House's apartment, the address sign next to the door reads "221B". House's character is initially based on Sherlock Holmes, whose address was "221B" on Baker Street. In later episodes, the sign reads just 221.
House was never in danger of being charged with assault as he had Wilson as a witness to the incident. It would be more likely that Kalvin himself would have faced changes with stalking House.
As House is in the pharmacy looking for Coumadin (warfarin), you can see bottles of drugs on the shelves. Real generics are actually shown. The yellow bottles with a brown stripe on the bottom are manufactured by Qualitest (who is a common producer of generic Vicodin), the large clear bottles filled with red capsules contain cephalexin, a common antibiotic, you can see other generics manufactured by Teva, Roxane Laboratories, Lupin, NorthStar and Wockhardt.
