Not a single ya flaming mongrel all episode. Does this spell the end of a great tv show?

Warning: Spoilers
At least the other side of the coin is presented, with Pippa and Ailsa disapproving of Bobby's use of violence even as she and Carly gloat over Roo.Roo veers between sympathetic and unsympathetic within the course of the same episode;her appeal to Steven seems entirely genuine but doesn't stop her playing a very nasty trick on Ailsa.
Floss and Neville are moved to centre stage as, after a few mentions of their son and grandson in the preceding episodes, Floss decides to track them down.As a result she's setting herself up for a heart break but Pippa is right that it's a risk she has the right to take.
The Steven/Lance/Martin stuff feels a bit disposable though.
