"Los hombres de Paco"'s first episodes are based on how sloppy, cowardly and unfit to be policemen Paco and his team are. Here is more of the same, as two bad guys he put behind bars ran away when they were being taken to the judge, not before killing a policeman, injuring another and promising to kill Paco.
Paco, of course, played by Paco Pous as if he was born for this character, gets all sweaty and scared and decides to do anything, but anything, to survive. And his team decides to help him. Cue lots of misunderstandings, mistakes, etc. etc. Like all the first episodes, the structure is basically the same, including Paco's daughter still trying to seduce his partner Lucas, and the neighbor Bernarda trying to seduce anyone. Paco's wife also has a chance to get angry with him again...
That's the problem with this episode. It's fun enough, even if it doesn't break any rules, but because of that, it becomes kind of dull, as nothing new or interesting happens, and with episodes that go over the hour, it's difficult to keep the viewer's attention. Good enough to while the time away.
