• Miles : What is it?

  Stella : [sees a baby pig wrapped up in a blanket in a basket floating in the water]  its a piglet from the green eye people.

  Miles : [as Stella picks up and maternally cradles the pig]  oh I heard of this, its a tradition its meant to bring good luck.

  Eduardo : Then why didn't we get the pig before the earthquake?

  Grandpa : [wearing a barbeque hat and wheeling a barbeque grill]  Well what are we waiting for lets fire up the grill.

  Stella : [piglet squeals in fear; Stella instinctively protects the piglet]  no, no we cant eat her, shes a gift

  [then affectionately to the now smiling pig] 

  Stella : and shes cute.

  Grandpa : [madly]  not that cute.

  Stella : I wanna keep her as a pet what do you think Miles?

  Miles : I think its a great idea.

  Stella : Good, will call her Isabel.

  Miles : [finds out the piglet is actually a boy;to the mistaken chuckling Stella]  on second thought why don't we call "him" Abner.

  Arnold : Abner was a wedding present to my parents?

  Grandpa : Thats right.

  Arnold : A wedding present from the green eye people.

  Grandpa : Correct.

  Arnold : [alarmed]  and you were gonna eat him?

  Grandpa : Well I... I couldn't help it he looked tasty

  [Abner is clearly mad and walks away] 

  Grandpa : and the only thing I had to eat all day was that darn cake,those are empty calories Arnold, empty.

  Arnold : Grandpa thats completely crazy.
