Mrs Lola Hattersley aka Hetty Wainthropp is perhaps more open minded than I'd first thought. It's a fine episode, I enjoyed this one, very different to all the previous episodes. It's also a coming of age story for Geoffrey, and a realisation that love can be tough.
Finally we get a little conflict between Hetty and Geoffrey, up until now it had been all hot pot, tinned fruit and cream.
